Darn it! I didn't get this info until 8 o'clock this evening. So I missed the download from Toys R Us. If any of you are up on these kinds of things, email me (or leave a comment) when something like this is coming up. Please!
I play Pokemon DS Pearl. Hubby plays Diamond. Kids play red (old skool), and leaf green.
I've only earned 2 badges so far. Hey, that's not bad for someone who only plays a few hours a week!

Moms Who Play Cards With Their Kids
I found this mom today in the blogosphere who played with her kids too. The ebay thing sounds interesting. I wonder if it would still turn a profit today.

Another Expansion?
Wow. Is this going to be the trend? Lots and lots of expansions? Or is Pokémon USA merely getting a really big start on re-branding?
If they keep coming out with expansions, casual players won't be able to keep up. At least, this family of casual players won't. Both financially and mentally.
Although, our 6 year old could memorize an entire pokédex in one sitting, so I can't really include her in my previous statement.

A Pokemon TCG Information site
I found this Pokemon site tonight. Very basic information. But good for a beginner to the card game.
